A Classroom with a Mission

A Classroom with a Mission

Sharee Barton's fourth-sixth graders have a mission: tackling plastic pollution. The Idaho educator has let her class loose on the problem of plastic waste and contamination in the area's waterways. With some help from local researchers and businesses, her class is measuring pollution and inventing solutions. Having a real impact is all part of the lesson plan when you're Sharee's student!
