World Water Day is an annual United Nations Observance focusing on the importance of freshwater. Explorer Rosa Vásquez Espinoza is a Peru-born chemical biologist, educator, conservationist, TV personality, and award-winning artist who travels to the most extreme environments on the planet searching for new biodiversity. Join to learn about the importance of freshwater–from extreme water systems like the Peruvian Boiling River, Yellowstone’s acidic waters, and Alaska’s frozen lakes, to the ones that impact our daily lives.
