About This Event
Young Explorer Sharona Shnayder seeks to raise awareness of the global garbage crisis and inspire individuals around the world to create a cleaner and healthier future for our planet. Sharona’s Tuesdays for Trash movement has made a powerful impact worldwide by empowering individuals to take action, resulting in the removal of over 90,000 pounds of litter from the environment in over 60 countries since it began in 2020. It also sparked the creation of her new children's book about trash called Journey to Away, educating future generations about the concept of where our garbage really goes.
